General Feature Requests

When someone posts a job or internship to the job board directory, their name is displayed; however, you then have to go to a separate directory page to contact them. It would be useful to have a feature that allows direct communication on-site or the ability to send an email to the person who posted the job, thereby facilitating a connection. Or it would at least be useful for it to link to that person's profile page.

Most users submit photos to our directories from their mobile phone, and therefore the pictures typically have a vertical orientation. It's hard to see cover images on the directory pages even when you're viewing the post itself. It would be nice if you could change the orientation or add something so it doesn't matter whether or not the photo is vertical or horizontal. Not sure how it would work though.
