General Feature Requests

Raiser's Edge provides multiple phone number formats to include phone ext. along with the option to set the phone number format to "none". However, since Almabase doesn't currently support Phone Number Extensions, this information cannot be synced to Raiser's Edge.

When you click on a record within the mapping search you have a link to 'View on Raiser’s Edge' to open the NXT page for that record. However if you click on 'Find constituent on Raiser's Edge instead' and select a record there you can't view the record on NXT for further verification, you can only map.

Eastern Michigan University avoids using multiple employment relationship types in RE to minimize the number of fields they need to maintain, such as relationship type and reciprocal relationship. Instead, we rely solely on employment start and end dates to distinguish between current and former employment. For pulling accurate employment information from RE NXT, Almabase requires: Current employment to have the relationship type 'Employer' Previous employments to have the relationship type 'Former Employer' If this format is not followed, all former employment records appear with an end date as 'current' in AB, leading to data discrepancies. We'd like to request an enhancement to the current data pull process that allows Almabase to accurately classify employment records based on start and end dates rather than relying on specific relationship types.

We need to get a system email set up that gets triggered to an admin whenever a batch is sent over to Raiser's Edge.

We would like to see our Education Attributes added to the profiles, which would show clubs/organizations and sports that they were involved in while on campus.

The system shows Address line 1, line 2, State, City, and Country but not the Zipcode on Almabase. Adding that will ensure that the correct Zipcode is being pushed.

Having an option to edit the data types on Almabase after proceeding with selection.
