EMAIL CATEGORIES - Unsubscribe from Category Can you include the date the person unsubscribed from the category on the download list. Make it so we don't have to download the list from all of our 11 email categories. This needs to be one single spreadsheet that includes all the names, DATES, and categories for the unsubscribers.

Ability to add a salutation field to an email group, excel, static list upload.

It would helpful to change the sender name to a person's nickname or preferred name rather than their formal name, so alumni and donors recognize the name of the person they are receiving the email from. For example, we recently sent out a Softball appeal from the head coach, Allie, but her first name is listed as Alexandra on her record so that's what donors saw when they received the email.

We currently only use Almabase for Giving, Events, and Communications and don't have our users in the engagement platform. I'd like a way to send a link out to users so they can resubscribe/allow emails again without requiring it to be done manually by an admin.

As of today, there is no single view or report to look at constituents who unsubscribed from email groups, email categories and from receiving all email communications at one place. We have to check at three different places to get that information. This is quite cumbersome. In addition to this, we also need the report/export to state the date, source of subscription and solicit code associated with that record.

When looking at the list of Unsubscribed users, it would be VERY helpful to include the DATE they unsubscribed in a column on the unsubscribed users page, so that when I download the list of unsubscribed users, I know which ones I have already updated in RE.

We are getting blowback from consituents for sending them customized emails using their First name instead of their nickname. Nickname should be a merge field.

It can be very difficult to navigate with the Communication Center. For example, when you click on the Automated Email tab you are redirected to the workflow section of the website. However, when you hit the back arrow, you are redirected to the home admin screen rather than back to the Communication Center. The same goes for viewing email templates. It just seems like the features are in separate areas and not really linked together.

Every email platform I've worked with allows you to exclude specific lists when sending mass communications. This feature is a necessary part of any CRM and would be tremendously useful. Thanks!

It should be possible to remove users from an email group instead of just unsubscribing them from the group. The system only allows us to unsubscribe a user from an email group (In the Data Studio) but doesn't actually remove the user from the Email Group. This causes confusion when filtering people by 'Member of a group' in the Data Studio.
