Currently, information pulled from someone's profile, such as their employer, industry, or major, cannot be selected in the filter because that information is not collected on the mentorship form. However, adding that information to the mentorship form would be redundant, as it is already collected from their profile. Not being able to display these fields as filterable categories severely limits mentee visibility of mentors. Making alumni fill this information out twice would be a waste of time
