Problem: The guest privacy question shows up twice: on the main registration form (for the host) and again on the add-guest screen (for accompanying guests). Both say “I”, so registrants think they’re answering the same question twice. Current behavior: This is how it’s designed to work. Screen 1 is the host’s privacy and screen 2 is the guests’, but the wording doesn’t make that clear. Ask: Change the screen 2 wording to name accompanying guests, e.g. “Show my accompanying guest(s) on the public guest list.” Alternatives: one combined question with separate host and guest options, or admin-editable wording. Edge case to confirm: If the host turns privacy off on screen 1 and turns it on for guests on screen 2, what shows on the guest list?

For our annual campaigns, we would like to see some cool new adjustments to make them even better. We would like the progress bar to not go over the matching gift before the match is met. It would make sense for the bar to populate after that matching gift is met. Being able to add offline gifts prior and after the campaign that still applies to the teams campaign hubs. For example: We have a silent phase that we do not promote to the public for our teams to promote to their family members, etc. We would still like this to count towards their campaign as long as the accept gifts button is turned on. Right now, it just populates on the total campaign total not towards each teams.

Currently if we use Sub Pages, the landing page section that users click to access Sub Pages read as "Explore more". Would it be possible to edit/customize this label to something more relevant to what the Sub pages are about?

We would love the ability remove the fundraising goal from a crowdfunding page as we often use these pages for memorial campaigns and other appeals where it is more appropriate to celebrate the gifts raised rather than to push to a particular goal.

When it comes to recurring gifts, the ideal situation is that the donor has the option of weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc. recurring gifts. Along with that an option to have an end date to the recurring gifts. Often times we have donors give in large amounts and if a payment is mistakenly charged again, that could be thousands of dollars that was not meant to be charge and can cause a relationship issue.

It would be great if there could be two automatic emails set up on giving forms that have the option for making a donation a recurring one.The first email that acknowledges the first donation and that they have set up a recurring plan but then also have the option to set up a second automatic email response when the donations recur each month. This way, continuing recurring donors are not getting the same email as a first time recurring donor all the time.

When you create a payment link, the order of the designations can't be changed. For example, if I want a certain designation to show up first, I don't have a way to change the order of them.

When creating a payment link, you don't have the ability to search through the designations on a giving form. You have to scroll through and they aren't in alphabetical order, only the order of the catalogs and the order they were added to the catalogs.
