Form Details are not displayed for event guests pending approval. It would be helpful to see all form data when approving guests. See screen prints for more details

Background: Many organizations manage recurring events such as monthly book clubs, quarterly board meetings, and annual reunions. Currently, Almabase allows duplication of event settings, but event guests and registrations must be manually re-added or invited for each occurrence. This process introduces significant administrative overhead and risks gaps in communication and tracking. Use Case: A solution enabling recurring events where a static group of participants is automatically registered for each event instance would greatly streamline event management. This would eliminate the need for repeated invitations and manual registrations, maintain continuity of guest data, and simplify reporting and communications. Importance: Workflows involving recurring events with stable attendee lists are common among advancement, alumni, and volunteer coordination teams. Reducing manual tasks related to guest management could improve operational efficiency, data consistency, and participant experience. Suggested Enhancement: Develop an advanced event duplication or dedicated recurring events feature that carries forward guest and registration details along with event configurations. Such functionality would align Almabase with user needs for recurring event management and support a wider range of use cases in alumni engagement and fundraising scenarios

We have guests who register multiple times with different addresses. There is no way to link multiple registrations to one record.

Provide administrators with the capability to manually register guests for event tickets, even when the public registration period has ended or the ticket is unpublished. This functionality facilitates the accommodation of late registrants, VIP guests, speakers, and the modification of existing expired registrations.

I need to be able to manually add a registrant from the backend, even if doing so will take the event over capacity. Currently, because the Admin registration page is the same as the normal view, if a subevent is sold out (at capacity) I do not have the ability to register someone for it even though I am the Admin

We set date limits on ticket sales that match our RSVP date. However, people don't always follow that and sometimes we need to manually add additonal guests after that date has passed. Currently, I have to change the ticket sale end date in order to late register these guests. It would be so much better if we could still add guests as administrators after that time has passed without changing the end sale date and possibly allowing others to late register without our permission.

I want to be able to link event gift tickets to a specific campaign. It's great that this is available in the Guest Kit, but our users almost always contribute during registration. And when they do contribute via gift ticket, it doesn't populate in the gift button area of the Guest Kit. As a user, it's confusing to make a gift and then see in the Guest Kit that no gift has been made. The gift ticket donations also don't show up on the Gift Dashboard, so I have no way to filter them in Data Studio or in Guest Communication to make a custom list for email or otherwise. I think this would be a popular option for schools doing large-scale events like a Reunion where making a gift is built into the messaging.

For large events, it's not tenable to have the organizer receive an email notification for every registration or registration edit. (And having all admins receive notifications if it's left blank is bananas.) It would be helpful if we could select to receive all notifications (current) or only ones that need attention (ie cancelations and waitlists that need to be managed).

When the “Edit Registration” option is toggled off for an event, it currently prevents users with existing registrations with pending payment from completing their payment via the “Pay Outstanding Amount” button in their confirmation email. ​ We would like a feature that still allows users to complete payment for the same registration, even if we are blocking other changes to the registration. This would let us restrict edits while ensuring payments can still be processed for pending registrations.

We suggest a time limit (30 minutes?) to check out your event registration/cart. The pending payments cause us a lot of issues. I don't want to make a new record if the person is never going to pay. And I don't want to ignore it in case they come back to pay. If the registrant doesn't check out in the allotted time, their registration is automatically removed.
