It should be possible to remove users from an email group instead of just unsubscribing them from the group. The system only allows us to unsubscribe a user from an email group (In the Data Studio) but doesn't actually remove the user from the Email Group. This causes confusion when filtering people by 'Member of a group' in the Data Studio.
