Provide option to show a donor "goal" instead of a gift "goal" on a competitive fundraising page

For our giving day next year, we are making our goal the number of donors, not the number of gifts.
Last year our goal was number of gifts, and donors made up names to make a different gift which made the record keeping extremely difficult. So this time we are doing it based on donors and telling them we are basing each donor off their credit card information so they don't do that again. Our goal this year is 580 donors, and we want to be able to show the process on giving day.

When we have a campaign where the number of donors is our goal, we aren't able to show that on the giving page's progress bars. It would be great if we had that option.
