Almabase is emailing the donor when their recurring gift is processed each month. It was my understanding from the processing recurring gifts with Almabase document that once the recurring gift is added to Raiser's Edge (RE) and the 1st payment synced from Almabase, RE would handle all payments in the future. So, I am not sure why Almabase is sending an email the donor about their recurring gift payments that were not made through Almabase but through BBMS in RE. I believe this email from Almabase about the recurring gift payment is confusing to the donor. We send them a gift receipt by email after the recurring payment is received.
