The Almabase form export has a combined Field Name / Question. This results in some very long field names in the exported spreadsheet.

I've worked with Gravity Forms (a WP plugin). That tool has a configuration feature that allows for setting a short form field name for each Item/Question.

Please add separating the Question from the Field Name in Forms on the planned development list for near future implementation.
