Event Attendee List: Auto-Populate Class Year from Almabase Profile Data

Currently, event registrants are required to manually enter their Class Year during registration to display it on the attendee list. This creates redundant data entry for alumni whose information already exists within our database.
To streamline this process, we request a feature that automatically pulls and displays Class Year data directly from the attendee's Almabase record. This integration will rely on mapping the registration to the correct profile.
For registrants who auto-map, the Class Year should display automatically on the attendee list. For profiles that remain unmapped, the Class Year should be pulled and updated once the registration is manually mapped to the correct Almabase record.

If you are going to pull class year, why can't we also have address? Making the person fill in their address yet again makes it appear like the school really doesn't know them. The whole purpose of being 'IN" a database, it that you are "known". So up vote for this, but also need more!

Yes, I love this idea. But I also want to be able to have a registration list for sub-events!

I like this idea, but we would still need a class year for those who do not have an Almabase record. We don't bring all alumni into Almabase due to certain criteria, but we still let them register for events and map them to Raiser's Edge.
