Having the ability to export a file that we could use to import into our CRM should we not be able to use the standard integration is really important for us. Adding the appeal, package and campaign codes is vital for our downtime procedures so that we don't lose data needed for our metrics. We also like to have a copy of the flat file stored for audits and troubleshooting any questions that may arise after gift entry.
