Ability to Notify Constituents when Directory Submission is Approved/Denied

Currently, the constituent/submitter isn't notified when a Directory form submission is approved or rejected. It would save a lot of time for admins to be able to send a predefined email to them by clicking an "Approve & Notify" or 'Denied & Notify' button within the directory submission form's view details flyout (similar to Step 4 Confirm & Notify in Pending Verifications). It would also be great to be able to customize the email for each directory.
