What specific email categories are most important for you to track unsubscriptions from?
How frequently do you need to export this data (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)?
In what format would you prefer to receive the exported data (e.g., CSV, Excel)?

Sahil Mallick: Yes, I'd be happy to help.

We are often asked for different types. We have them broken out by event invitations, solicitations, etc. Ideally, we'd like to include the unsubscribed date for any categories as a standard function.
This type of request is more ad hoc, but we've been asked to provide a list of unsubscribes more frequently now that we're reviewing our communications strategy. It is hard to decipher a new unsubscribe from one that happened a year ago. I know there is a way to track how long it has been since it shows me "6 months ago," etc. before I export the data.
Excel or CSV is excellent. The export itself is fine. We need date of unsubscribe added. We are exporting this data under communications > email categories.
