Add the ability to set a specific Registration Close Date/Time for an event. Once that date and time is reached, the system would automatically disable registration by greying out or hiding the Register button and displaying a "Registration Closed" message.

This would eliminate the need for manual intervention to close registrations, reduce the risk of late registrations being accepted, and streamline event management for administrators.
