It would be incredibly useful option to have a video play right in the email instead of taking the viewer to a different tab, similar to how videos are embedded in pages. That way we could use short videos as teasers.

This is possible through https://www.viewed.video/. Almabase email editor allows embedding video directly from viewed.video. For this, you will have to buy subscription from viewed.video and then on Almabase Email Editor, you can use add on Viewed Video to embed the video as shown in the screenshot.
