Can we create a new admin role that limits the admin to only creating and managing email drafts but does not allow the admin to send out emails? Hence, limiting the access to only managing email drafts.

This would be a great addition! Along with locking the draft so only one person can be in it at a time - or make it so multiple people can edit simultaneaously and all edits save. Thank you!

I have alumni who have been trained and given “communications” permission to build out emails on Almabase. I would really appreciate a feature where these individuals can build an email but be unable to send them without approval from a SiteAdmin like myself so I can review them first.
We are running into issues where emails are being sent out with grammar mistakes and formatting errors. Disabling the ability to send out the email would be the easiest way to address this issue.
