We’ve rolled out an upgrade to how gift payment data syncs from Almabase to Raiser’s Edge NXT for customers using BBMS as the payment gateway. This update doesn’t change anything about how gifts are created or processed in Almabase — it just improves what shows up inside Raiser’s Edge to support better finance workflows.
What’s new:
• Richer payment details sync automatically — including cardholder name, card type, card expiry, and authorization codes in Raiser’s Edge.
• These details help make reconciliation and audits easier, provide clearer audit trails, and surface important card info right where your finance team needs it.
What’s not changing:
• The donor experience stays the same.
• Gift creation, amounts, constituent mapping, and sync process remain unchanged.
• No configuration or action is required — the improvement is live automatically.
