Cover everyone in a registration with a single price, perfect for families, couples, tables, or teams who register together, instead of charging the same mandatory ticket once per guest.
✨ What's New
When you create or edit a Mandatory ticket, you'll now see a Guests allowed per ticket setting with two options:
One guest per ticket
: the buyer pays the ticket price for every guest they bring (this is the existing behavior). All guests on one ticket:
the buyer pays once, no matter how many guests are on the registration. One flat fee covers the whole group.💡 Why This Matters
Until now, a mandatory ticket was always charged once for each guest on a registration. For events where a household, table, or team registers together, there was no way to charge a single price for the group. Now you can. A family of five can be charged once for a dinner instead of paying the same ticket five times over.
📌 Good to Know
- The flat-fee option is available only on Mandatory tickets, not on Seated, Sponsored/Team, or other ticket types.
- Your event needs to permit accompanying guests (Guests & registrations). With guests off, each registration is just one person, so there's no group to spread a flat fee across.
- Once a ticket has been sold, this setting locks, so what buyers were charged stays consistent.
- You can mix both styles on the same event, like a per-guest entry fee plus a flat family ticket.
- Existing mandatory tickets keep charging per guest until you change them.
🛠️ How to Find It
