Resolving System Record ID Errors for Mapped Constituents for an Email Sync

If an email is synced from Raiser's Edge, some error shows up regarding system record IDs such as does not have a system record ID or have invalid system record ID. There is no option to resolve the errors for mapped constituents. There is an option to ignore unmapped constituents though. It would be great if there would be an efficient way to resolve the errors for mapped constituents as well.
