(During our recent Giving Day) Our biggest challenge was the lack of automated features for challenges. We utilized the campaign feature and manually mapped/attributed gifts to specific funds to "unlock" gifts. While this was feasible, it was neither easy to set up nor maintain. Additionally, once a challenge was completed, there were no automated celebratory visuals, such as updated photos or watermarks, to mark and celebrate the achievement.
