Ability to Duplicate an Email in an Event's Guest Communication
Sahil Mallick
Hello John Todd Boone! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific elements of the email would you like to be duplicated (e.g., subject line, body content, attachments)?
- How often do you anticipate using the email duplication feature for event communications?
- Are there any specific events or scenarios where this feature would be particularly beneficial?

Hi Sahil Mallick, the body is the main thing that I was thinking about. It would also be valuable to do the same with email drafts. In our office, we often send slightly different versions of the same email. The most common use case is the reminder email. The elements like the banner image, event time/location/description, and other upcoming events will be the same. The only changes we need to make are to the greeting and button for editing their registration. Less common, but still regular use cases are when we split a list to address a specific audience. Say I'm hosting an event but I feel that certain aspects of the event will be more appealing to our older audience. The description is the only difference between the emails, so copying the mail email would be much simpler than creating it all over again.
I'd likely use this feature for 8 out of 10 events that I host.
