Almabase plug-in to integrate almabase payments into Raiser's Edge database view.

Almabase's gift sync functionality currently only syncs to RE NXT. RE NXT does not support gift processing. In order for us to fully integrate the Almabase product suite, we need to have a way to import Almabase activity directly into Raiser's Edge database view.
