We should be able to send our bulk emails in smaller batches. For example, if we send an email to 13,000 alumni, Almabase should allow us to schedule them to go out in smaller batches instead of all going out at the same time. For example, you send an email to a list of 13,000 alumni, and it sends out in four batches of ~3,000 emails, not 13,000 all at the same time. This helps maintain our domain reputation.
