The lack of the "Nickname" merge field in Almabase emails is the only thing holding us back from moving all of our alumni emails from RE NXT. Almabase's email building has some nice customization options missing in RE. Still, the lack of the nickname field forces a formality into our emails, preventing us from making the switch.
